Remember the fried oyster post?  Well here are a few in process shots that I  found whil cleaning off my computer tonight.  Makes me realize that I need to make these again soon.  Dinner party anyone?

    I have a confession. I can’t fry.

    I think a big reason I learned to cook was because my mom didn’t cook. We ate a lot of drive thru growing up, and my rebellion was to cook and bake. The one exception was frying. My mom did fried chicken, fried steak, fried corn fritters, basically anything fried really well. I never bothered to learn, and when I’ve tried the breading just floats off.

    I need a lesson.
